Our UK Delivery Services Explained

1 Hour Delivery Spot - Change for free
If you give us your mobile number when you order, we will text you a time we are going to deliver. If it doesn't suit you, simply reply as instructed and we can change your delivery spot to a time that does.

Next Day Delivery
We aim to ship any order made before 3pm Mon - Sat the same day. Some products have longer delivery times, which are displayed on the product detail page. We have branches across the UK and we can call on our extensive stock holdings to fulfill your orders. Sometimes products are not in stock, but we will do all we can to get these products to you quickly. If we are going to take over 3 working days we will keep you posted.

If you want to double check that we can get it to you next day, give our friendly customer service team a quick bell on 0800 470 1733 and we will happily give you an up-to-date stock figure.

Special Order Items
Our special order items are marked with the estimated delivery times on the product detail page. If you need them quicker, again give us a bell and we can often move things along faster.

You will probably be in when we deliver as we will have checked our times before we try, but in case you are not, we will leave a card and you can collect it at a local delivery depot or call and rearrange delivery.

Returns Policy

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This only applies to unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. Customers must return unwanted goods at their own cost using a 'signed for' carrier service. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after these seven days, nor if they have been used or removed from their original packaging. Upon inspection the sale will be credited less the initial carriage charge.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Please note that returned 'Special Order Items' may incur a handling charge depending upon the manufacturer's terms. This may be as much as 40% of the original invoiced amount from some manufacturers. Please carefully check and confirm all specifications before ordering.

Out of Stock

We try to keep all the availability of products up to date, if we find that an item you have ordered with us is out of stock we will email you and let you know an estimated delivery time. We will then update the product to reflect this.

If you place an order for an item which has an estimated delivery date of more than 5-7 days, please note we will back order this item for you until the product comes back into stock with us. As soon as this product is back into stock we will dispatch the item ASAP.
